Bratwurst
 
Prime cuts of Pork 100% with a special blend of herbs and spices.
 
Ingredients: Pork 99%, spices, natural
casings, less than 1.5% salt, preservative
(sodium sulphite)
The Bratwurst is the classic German sausage that in compliance with Germany's Purity Laws (think from middle ages) is just meat and seasoning with no cereal at all, giving a slightly drier, denser texture to our more traditional sausages. As they have no cereal they are gluten free and we are in the final stages of getting them ratified by the Coeliac Society of Ireland. Interestingly enough they sell equally well to non-coeliacs as to coeliacs.  One of our customers says our Bratwurst are the only gluten free food she has to hide from the rest of her family!
